first snow

Just a brief note to show you what I woke up to this morning. I went for a walk down by the harbour and met a man just coming in from a seal hunt. They're used to early snows up here. I guess my mountain bike will not get much more use, but then, the snowmobiles will be running soon. The pictures are of the Anglican Church, part of the harbour, and farther down the harbour where the large boats are pulled up for the winter
